Uncommon Goods.com
(59 views)I purchased a necklace that I love, love, love from UncommonGoods.com. On the 5th day it broke…defective looping that holds it together.
I sent an email to them about it being defective and a Natoya responds back asking “how did it get damaged?”
Seriously? I just said it was defective. You want me to go back in time and figure out in what way it wasn’t put together right?
So I send back a response. I don’t hear back. I sent one, two, three more emails…nothing.
I call, and I choose the place a new order opt. 1 and am on hold over 15 minutes so I hang up. I try today and get a guy who says he’ll “get to the bottom of this and take care of me” after he asks me 10 STUPID ASS QUESTIONS. “Do you remember if the box was in good condition?” Hello, I wore the necklace for 5 days before it came apart. “Did the box have our logo on it?” WTF are you asking me?
“Did the box have Uncommon Goods packing tape on the box as you can recall?”
WTF?!!
Really? He swears he “has” to ask these questions.
It always amazes me how some companies stay in business. I hung up. Glad I could vent.
(This vent has no vote question)
