Which DVD is right for me?

Hi! I have a question. I had a baby 3 months ago. I have 10 pounds of baby weight to lose, and I want to lose 10 more on top of that. I run and do a lot of mat work (like barre method etc.) but I am new to TAM. What workout should I do? Metamorphosis, Post-baby, or 30 day?

Also, has anyone ever done the workout plan but not the food plan? If so did the method still work or is the food component really important?
