Tracy Anderson Rebounding

This is my first post, I have enjoyed reading about all your experience’s with TAM and I would like to thank whom ever brought the thread back to talk about Tracy’s products, we can, if we so wish, visit a different site to moan / give out about Tracy’s personal short-comings. We all have them so I vote to keeping this thread about the products we are using.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has tried to rebounding video’s I seen on YouTube from Tracy? I too am trying to master the dance routnines, I am kinda getting there with number 1&2 and I’m using the mat workout and post pregnancy, I have no children.
From previous expereince with step aerobics and high impact aerobics I know it will not suit me to use the dance routine as my only cardio for the long term. I am purchasing a rebounder come pay day and would like to use the rebounding video’s, dance routine and to make use of my gym membership, I’ll use the threadmill, the stepper machine and as my friend calls it, the ‘moonwalker’ - I’m not too sure of it real name - to keep some good variety in my cardio workouts.
I am a little scared to go anywhere near a weight in the gym for fear of undoing the results I have seen so far with the TAM, it has only been one but yet I do notice a difference
