(444 views)I came across TA workout in Youtube, so I decided to buy the 3 pack DVD which includes the Mat workout. Tried it today. I thought my arms were going to fall off. I am biting the bullet so here are my current measurements. So the next 6 weeks, I will be doing both workouts 5 days aweek (phew!).
