Mat Morkout only?

I am new to this forum and want to say halloi to everybody first. I really like to to read what you guys have to say about TA and her workout and today I have a question myself. PLease forgive my mistakes I am not a native speaker.
I am working out since 5 weeks with the mat DVD and some clips I found on utube. I really like the mat routine. I am doing it 6 days a week and I am planning to stick with it.
The Dance Cardio DVD arrived today and I have to say: this is not my thing. I just don’t enjoy dancing like that and I am quite sure I cannot make this a every day thing in the future.
So now I am thinking if I could maybe just do the mat workout and run for cardio (I LOVE running and it’s hard for me to stop doing it)
I know running is BAD and I will create a large butt with it :-O, but what should I do?

well, i do the dance cardio, in minimum so far, and not very precisely, as i get carried away by the music and just start jumping. never mind. i also swim and do a bit of karate. the only thing am sticking with is also the mat workout, though i must say even if am not supposed to be bulking, it seems i am, in thighs anyway. i think, whatever makes you happy. i don’t mind larger butt, but the thighs i hate. just be happy, ok?
