Starting TA’s dvd’s while pregnant

I was wondering if TA’s dvd’s are safe to do while you are pregnant. I am in the very beginning stages of my first trimester and wanted to know if I could do her workouts without risking my pregnancy.
Please advise….

I did the mat workout while carrying twins (they are now 5 months). You will be glad you did because your body has muscle memory and you will shrink back quickly after the baby. When you do the mat dvd don’t do the ab section on the floor and just do the dvd slowly. The standing abs are fine… I blog about all my post preg stuff, but I think there is some early stuff about doing Tracy while pregnant! You could probably do some of the PDSI dvd too.

i actually started the mat workout at about 3months of my pregnancy (am 4mo nxt wk), but i do karate (though not too intense), so though i hurt from TA a bit, is allright. am soon2cut down on abs i think, but will c. still, am trying not to be fanatic and not do every e.g. single leg lift if it hurts too much. just got the dance cardio like two days ago and even if i love it, i dont think its a good time to start it too seriously, mostly bcoz of my breast. so i do a bit, for fun, or just goon around with the music.
