		<description>Get fit, it'll cheer you up from the day you begin because you feel like you are doing something about how you feel. Get a hobby or social outlet, we all need a distraction. Detox...for some reson that helps for some people! It is totally natural to feel the way you are feeling and you are not on your own. So many people feel like this and keep it to themselves which is the wrong thing to do. You must face your feelings. Try out the mind gym. You'll get it on a google search. It's an australian phenomenon. I tried it when I got the baby blues. My GP told me about it. It's all about self help and personal development. Also check out my blog which reviews diets, workouts, etc and I am training to be a psychologist so will be resezrching ways to improve your life and feel better in yourself. Talk about this as much as you need to because there are many people who want to share their own experieneces and hear yours. There is power in numbers!</description>
