I too love the Tracy Anderson workouts. Have you been able to dowload the 3 new videos for $10.00/piece that she now is offering on her website? I am unable to download them and was wondering if you had any luck and if they were any good?

DO NOT purchase these webisodes until they get their act together on the site. They will not download. Had to contact credit card company to get a refund as the TA group did nothing to help.

I just purchased all 3 yesterday and they downloaded fine. It must be fixed now. I did all 3 and they are great but they are ads to help support the school and women of Malawi so the beginning and end have her speaking about this and an advertisement. the workouts are approx 10 min total. If you were to only buy 1 - my choice would be the butt workout - why, because it is the hardest. I also liked the arm workout, but you really have to watch her to try to get the moves down - it’s quick. The ab workout is good too - it is half on the floor and half standing with the ab isolation moves. Again quick - you have to get the moves and then you can follow.

I’m ordering the Mat workout and was wondering if I should order the cardio - I think I would have a hard time following it - especially after watching the webisode ones with dance moves. I will try the Mat video and see how I like it.

I just received the Mat Workout but havent had time to look at it yet. I have incorporated some of her excercises from youtube into my gym routine using light weights. I cant believe how quickly the muscle definition developed. I cant wait to see what changes there will be with the DVD.

Which one is the best or you recommend to do first? The Mat, the Cardio or the post-pregnancy? I just had my 3rd son three months ago.

the post-pregnancy one really focuses on your abs, a little on hips and butt, and very little on arms.
the mat gives a lot of attention to all 3 plus has the standing abs and a really great arm session.
if and when you get the cardio don’t be discouraged, the routines are hard to get and took me about a week to remember the moves to keep up and even longer till I didn’t look completely uncordinated.
I started with the Mat, but I do also love the pp

Hi - I love the Tracy Anderson Method - I’d recommend the Mat Workout DVD. I posted a full review of that and several of the webisodes on my blog. The arm portion of the Mat DVD alone makes it worth it for me - so good. Tracy also has a five day cleanse that she created for Gwyneth Paltrow and another diet plan that she recommends for losing 20 pounds over 6 weeks. Her new 30-Day Method book is now available too. I have done Tracy Anderson’s videos off and on for 2 years now. When I did them regularly, I went from a size 8/10 to a 2/4/6. There were stores I frankly couldn’t shop in b/c I was too small. I felt and looked great. Alas, I went off track. Consistency is KEY. I posted before/after pics on my blog: www.mamapbikini.blogspot.com I think her workouts are the best; though I didn’t love the Metamorphosis series. It was too rushed. Her Dance Cardio is a killer but absolutely works. And her post pregnancy workout is my favorite. There’s no doubt: this stuff works. Just put in the time.
