love the cardio dance and mat workout
(1,215 views)I have been doing the cardio dance and mat workout about 4 weeks now. At first I was frustrated to get the cardio routines down enough to really get the benefit of the workout! It’s tough for sure. And the truth is, it will take time to get the cardio routines down unless dancing is your job. I grew up dancing in jazz and tap, so this workout is really really enjoyable to me. I improvise alittle sometimes, but I’ve got the routines down now and I just love doing the workout. I’ve noticed fat just melting away. I am wearing 10’s now with room to spare. Was a snug 12 when I started. I do the mat routine first and then I do the cardio when I have time and energy for both. But I do one of them every day at the least. Loving the results!
