I still am wondering about the exercise video promotion, so I've been staying away of late, but at least Vent Park is easy to use and you don't get 'banned' -- however you sort of have to post often in order to be seen in the middle of all the commercial stuff.  It's disheartening to think that Vent Park is really a commercial, not a blog site.  Well, at least Vent Park is fair!
