King Glen owner of the site will decide when you’re in and go to the main forum. You’re told to hang out there for a few days while people abuse you. Unless you pay $$ for a subscription. If you complain they ban you for whining. It’s a mind fuck.

Well, at least Vent Park is fair!
I still am wondering about the exercise video promotion, so I’ve been staying away of late, but at least Vent Park is easy to use and you don’t get ‘banned’ — however you sort of have to post often in order to be seen in the middle of all the commercial stuff. It’s disheartening to think that Vent Park is really a commercial, not a blog site.
