Obama throws down on IL Gov
(155 views)I don’t suppose for a moment that Obama being in IL and part of Chicago governmental scene didn’t know how corrupt Gov. Blagojevich was. Everyone in the Illinois government knew it as he held up Springfeld, IL meetings.
Chicago has been old school mafia style government and above it all. Let’s hope this time is different.

I see it as Obama’s first act of cleaning up government. While the media has it that the feds were on the lookout, it does appear that Obama said “let’s go.” Good for him.
