Dear Blockbuster video,

   Don’t know if you heard but we’re in a recession.  Your customer service at your counters sucks.  It always has. Might be nice in today’s economy to step it up. I was in yesterday and you had 3 employees busy with behind the counter work and not a welcome, hello, may I help you.  I stood and stood and finally asked to be checked out.  Your guys asked me to step down to the 4th register after going to each one. No smile. Always as though a purchase is an intrusion. Glad there’s VentPark to vent in.
