McCain for all of his blustering about being a maverick, actually has done a poor job of running his campaign.  He has chosen/hired ineffectual or or bad advisors, and then rather than maverick away from them when they are cat-fighting or  being out of touch he has held to their play-of-the-week week in and week out.  Sort of like throwing darts in the air, he’s listened to everyone but himself. 

So I ask, what kind of maverick is he?  He comes off as old, desparate, and clueless. You either have a vision or not.  He is in the ‘not’ category and he doesn’t know what to focus on or change.  This is what some want for a President???  He couldn’t even raise effective money for his campaign.  He picked a VP who has gone off on her own and his peeps are attacking her.  If he can’t lead or inspire for the basics how is he going to lead us out of the current mess?  The answer is he can’t.  He’s already shown his true colors and if you take 3 giant steps back and look at his entire campaign, you can understand that.
