By the time women hit 35 the “bat wings” (underarm triceps hang) slowly starts to appear. Why? Primarily increase of fat and decrease of lean muscle. Yeah, we already knew this! It’s the age old, “gotta eat right, gotta exercise right.” But every year it gets worse if the correct eating and exercise don’t start happening.
Some women think that short of plastic surgery or long sleeves there’s nothing to be done about that loose skin. However I disagree. There are plenty of studies proving that exercise, stretching, great diets make all the difference regardless of the age. Also the skin is a living membrane that is continually changing—and if you do it right, changing for the better.
Case in point: Pregnant women are capable of having that abdominal skin stretched and then with work they can go back to a flat stomach. It doesn’t just remain stretched out and there’s nothing to do about it!
So what to do about that arm flap? This is what I did. After years of the old triceps dip, kickback, overhead extension and pushups with NO results, I’m now middle age and have arms that today look like they belong to a 30 year old. (Okay maybe younger, I just don’t want to brag too much). My underarm movement now is just normal movement you’d see on a 20 year old. This is all after 3 ½ months of effort.

The exercises sculpt your shoulders and arms and without that buff exaggerated biceps look. The workout kills and is fantastic and doesn’t have one triceps dip, kickback or overhead extension. With THIS DVD, we can finally have the CORRECT EXERCISE for the arms!

In the Part 3 Tracy Anderson Mat review I said I was concerned about doing all these arm exercises with that triceps area just flapping in the wind. Yes the exercises are great but hey, the underside of my arm could’ve been wrapped to the top. At that time I said to cut the tips of socks off and slide them on the arm but it didn’t provide enough tension. Now I use Velform Arm Wraps.
