So back to the ‘Net and after a search I found all of this dark stuff about Tracy leaving her studio in Indiana (which explained her verbal journal on her website) and her clients that had been left holding the bag on pre-paid memberships, etc. Not good, right?

Yeah, not the best, but I remember Madonna and the more-youthful-skin thing.

So I waited a few days and thought about it.

Gee Gwyneth seemed nice, but a little thin, and she’d tell us the truth right? And Madonna is opinionated and doesn’t mince words, so she wouldn’t lie. Right? Yet that Internet stuff and the lacking website bothered me. Maybe it was a cruel marketing hoax. Or cruel hype. Maybe I’d buy the DVDs and they’d never arrive. And why wasn’t Tracy attending to this? Because according to the pictures on the Internet she’s in London with Madonna.

Meanwhile I kept looking in the mirror at my middle age spread. How is it again that I had to accept all this (according to my girlfriend) for the rest of my life? What happened to my metabolism? Was it truly gone like a lost sock?

While I was “just” 15 pounds over weight, I was gaining lbs every day and I had a distinctive look of the dreaded ‘mother’s apron’. I could be in a countdown for The Biggest Loser show. And let’s not forget the new crater legs and butt I had morphed into rapidly. Perhaps some cruel elf forced them upon me in the night like Super Glued sponge leg warmers.

Maybe there was a crème to make my legs look better. Yeah forget exercise. Back to the ‘Net. For as many crèmes that I found I also found ‘experts’ who said that crèmes don’t work. I already knew that having purchased and thrown out many.

Back to the Tracy DVD order page. Nah, go to work.

Thinking, thinking.

Okay, I’ll get the mat workout. What was $29.95? Plus I wasn’t doing any other workout.

I ordered it and it took a week or so to arrive. Not too bad. Amazon (who handles her transactions) kept me posted. Hey, it did arrive!
