MBT Shoes Review
Here’s a clip of the principles of MBT:

Training in MBT shoes:
In addition to surviving your job if you have to walk a lot (nursing, wait staff in a restaurant, warehouse, gym teacher, stay at home parent, etc.) or going to the mall, park, etc. you can use MBT shoes to do cardio and double your muscular benefit. This was my original quest!
#1 Walks. If you used to walk, you can either go farther or double your muscular achievements with your usual distance. The joy of walking in these cannot be articulated. It has to be experienced.
#2 Jogging. No problem here. In fact I doubt you’ll ever go back to regular shoes again.
#3 Running. Go ahead. You can run in your MBTs once you are fully acclimated to them. Sidewalks or treadmills.
#4 Jumping. Whether you use a jump rope or not, you will never go back to an athletic shoe again. Ever.
#5 Skipping. Skip in the house, skip at the park, skipping is fabulous. Treadmills too.
#6 Elliptical Machine – Non Impact. Tune up your workout by rocking through each pump of the pedal! This doubles the benefit.
#7 Elliptical Machine – WITH IMPACT. Yes, you heard it correctly. I am at the point that I can actually coordinate my movement of the machine pedals to sort of run on it. It’s not a huge airborne step, but it is airborne and on the land it is cushioned and then there is the after rocking motion. It makes the elliptical move away from routine and predictable. I proclaim this quadruples your efforts on the elliptical. I only do 10 minutes and feel like I did 40 minutes.
Yin Yang. Who knew that a pair of shoes could fix a long list of aches and pains, firm me up and, yes, not dread cardio. Now I’ll have to die from something else.
Note from The Reviewer:
I will eventually release a video of a cardio workout in my MBT sandals here on VentPark. If you take a minute to register here VentPark will email you when it's ready.
