How I overcame my cellulite
and got my body in fantastic
youthful shape in a pretty short
amount of time (Part I) —
A review of The Zone Diet
I also remember in the middle of the class a line forming to go to the teacher who was reaching into a box and pulling out a kitchen timer for each participant and setting it for 10 minutes and being told to go get on the floor and do crunches for the abs. Let me tell you, I thought I’d get to rest a little since it was a huge class and there was a long line for the timer rationing, but no, this woman had eagle eyes AND a steel trap memory and if you slacked even a little, your name was called out to work a little harder.
I felt like when I took swim lesson when I was little and thought I might drown.
Somehow I got through the class and left and got a wheelchair for 3 days to get around in. Okay not a wheelchair but I wished for one.
THIS is the only reason that I think that in current time this fleeting memory that I’d nearly forgotten wafted through my brain.
Law of attraction? Divine message? The Universe determined I’d suffered with cellulite long enough?
I don’t know. I do know that I was compelled. I got on the Internet and searched for this woman. After getting her name backwards and much digging, I found her. I also found that she had, after all these years, developed 4 DVDs which were released in late 2008.
I sent her an email. Before I ordered I wanted to know if her DVDs would help with my cellulite. She said it would. I was impressed that I could actually speak via email to her.
I ordered them and got them and there was a personal letter with an invitation to be her guest at a class should I come to LA.
More on the DVDs in a bit…!
About 2 weeks into actually using the DVDs and losing a ½-inch in every measurement, I realized that I should take advantage of this woman’s insight and cough up the $250 she charges for a phone chat with her.
This made an enormous impact. I pat myself on the back for listening to my intuition on this one. The call was quite beneficial as I had a long list of questions.
